Please send your device logs in this case,

Option A:

1. Open Application.
2. Go to Settings.
4. Go to Contact us.
5. Add problem title and description.
6. Click on send button.

Option B:

1. Install “alogcat” application from Android market.
2. When the application misbehave, open alogcat.
3. in alogcat, use send log over email option, and send logs to [email protected].
